Welcome to Moroccan Infinity. By accessing our website or purchasing from our atelier, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before commissioning a piece or placing an order.

1. The Handcrafted Nature of Our Products

Every rug at Moroccan Infinity is meticulously handwoven by artisan women in the High Atlas Mountains. Due to the authentic, handmade nature of our craft, no two pieces are exactly alike. Please acknowledge the following:

• Variations: Slight variations in size (up to 5%), color gradients, and pattern asymmetry are not defects. They are the hallmark of authentic Amazigh craftsmanship and add to the unique character of your piece.
• Colors: We make every effort to display the colors of our rugs accurately online. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate. Natural dyes may also present subtle shifts depending on lighting.

2. Orders and Bespoke Commissions

When you place an order for a pre-made or bespoke rug, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Bespoke Lead Times: Custom commissions typically require 4 to 8 weeks to weave, wash, and dry naturally in the sun. This timeline is an estimate, as true craftsmanship cannot be rushed.
• Cancellations: Bespoke orders cannot be canceled or modified once the weaving process has commenced on the loom.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an item is dispatched from our atelier. We accept major credit cards and secure global payment gateways.

4. International Shipping and Customs

We proudly offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express. While we cover the cost of express shipping, the client is solely responsible for understanding and paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their destination country.

Moroccan Infinity is not liable for delays caused by international customs clearance processes.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Moroccan Infinity piece.

• Ready-to-Ship Rugs: We offer a 30-day return policy for standard items. The rug must be returned in its original, unused condition. The client is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
• Bespoke Rugs: Due to their highly personalized nature, custom-sized and bespoke commissioned rugs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to photography, text, logos, graphics, and rug designs, is the exclusive property of Moroccan Infinity. It is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without explicit written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, specifically within the jurisdiction of the Azilal Province.
